Bihar Board Recruitment 2024: बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति एक PMU (प्रोग्राम मैनेजमेंट यूनिट) स्थापित करना चाहती है जिसके लिए आउटसोर्सिंग के आधार पर विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती के लिए अधिसूचना जारी की है। PMU के विभिन्न पदों के लिए वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू 28.09.2024 को सुबह 11:00 बजे से बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति के मुख्य भवन, सिन्हा लाइब्रेरी रोड, पटना में निर्धारित किया गया है। अभी इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी जो लोग आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, 14 सितंबर 2024 को शाम 6:00 बजे तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Eligibility Criteria

Chief Project Manager

• Minimum 15 years of experience in government sector projects.
• Must be a Graduate with an MBA with at least 20 years of experience.
• Relevant certifications like PMP or Prince2 are mandatory.

Project Mangar Strategy & Implementation

• Must be a Graduate with an MBA with at least 15 years of experience.
• Minimum 11 years of experience in government sector projects.
• Relevant certifications like PMP or Prince2 are mandatory.

Project Manager IT

• BE/B. Tech (CSE/IT)/MCA or equivalent degree along with MBA or PGDM.
• Minimum total of 12 Years of experience in ICT/ e-Gov consultancy.
• Relevant certifications like PMP or Prince2 are preferable

Project Mangar Secondary Examination

• BE/B. Tech (CSE/ IT)/MCA or equivalent degree along with MBA or PGDM.
• The minimum total of 9 Years of ICT/ eGov consultancy experience in Planning, management, and/or research in Master Data Management projects.

Project Mangar Sr. Sec. Examination

• BE/B. Tech (CSE/IT)/MCA or equivalent degree along with MBA or PGDM.
• The minimum total of 9 Years of ICT/ eGov consultancy experience in Planning, management, and/or research in Master Data Management projects.

Project Mangar Miscellaneous Examination

• BE/B. Tech (CSE/IT)/MCA or equivalent degree along with MBA or PGDM.
• The minimum total of 9 Years of ICT/ eGov consultancy experience in Planning, management, and/or research in Master Data Management projects.

Project Manager Accounts & Finance

• Must be a Graduate with MBA in Finance or Professional Certifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification. with at least 9 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in financial management, accounting, and strategic financial planning within a government or large organizational setting.

IT Applications & Data Centre Expert

• BE/B. Tech (CSE/IT)/MCA or equivalent degree along with MBA or PGDM.
• Minimum total of 8 Years of experience in ICT/ e-Gov consultancy.

Data Security Expert

• BE/B. Tech (CSE/IT)/MCA or equivalent degree along with MBA or PGDM.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or similar are required.
• A minimum total of 8 Years of experience in ICT/eGov consultancy working in data security, cyber security, or IT security roles

Selection Process Bihar Board Recruitment 2024

• Only shortlisted candidates intimated by the Board will be allowed for walk-in interviews.
• आउटसोर्सिंग के आधार पर उपर्युक्त पदों के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों के लिए वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू 28 सितंबर, 2024 को आयोजित किया जाएगा। इंटरव्यू सुबह 11:00 बजे बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति, मुख्य भवन, सिन्हा लाइब्रेरी रोड, पटना-800017 में शुरू होगा। सभी शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए अपने बायो-डेटा/सीवी, शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र, प्रशिक्षण योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र, अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र और अन्य प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी के साथ अपने मूल दस्तावेज लाने होंगे।

• The shortlisted candidates will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp/E-mail on or before 5:00 PM, 21 September 2024.
• Only shortlisted candidates intimated by the Board will be allowed for walk-in interviews.
• A walk-in interview for the shortlisted candidates for the above-mentioned positions on an outsourcing basis will be held on September 28, 2024. The interview will start at 11:00 AM at the Bihar School Examination Board, Main Building, Sinha Library Road, Patna-800017. All shortlisted candidates are required to bring their original documents along with self-attested photocopies of their bio-data/CV, educational certificates, training qualification certificates, experience certificates, and other relevant documents for the interview.
• The Board will not reimburse the traveling expenses of the candidates appearing for the interview.
• Candidates will be hired on an outsourcing basis for an initial period of 5 (5) years. After the first 3 (Three) years, a midterm performance appraisal will be done, and if found satisfactory, the contract will be extended for an additional 2 (Two) years. At the end of the 5 (Five) year term, the contract may be renewed based on the candidate’s performance and the organization’s needs.
• The remuneration shall be paid as a “Professional Fee”.
• Ten percent (10%) TDS shall be deducted from the remuneration amount and GST @18% of the total remuneration amount will be paid separately by the BSEB. 10. The decision of the Board regarding the above employment will be final. Secretary
