टिप्पणीः बिहार पुलिस ने मध निषेध सिपाही के पद के लिए जिन अभ्यर्थी फार्म भरें थे, उनमें से कुछ विधार्थीयों ने अपना फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षण आपलोड ही नहीं किया है, अथवा उनका फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षण सही ढ़ंग से नहीं दिख रहा हैं. जिसके वजह से फार्म रिजेक्ट किया गया है, लेकिन अच्छी खबर ये हैं, कि फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षण आपलोड करने का मौका दिया गया है। जिनका भी फार्म रिजेक्ट हुआ है, वे सभी अभ्यर्थी दिनांक 25 दिसंबर 2022 तक अपना फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षण फिर से आपलोड करें।
