Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk: किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10+2 पास (50% अंक अनिवार्य; SC/ST के लिए पास पर्याप्त)
Accounts Clerk cum Typist: 10+2 पास + कंप्यूटर पर टाइपिंग (अंग्रेजी में 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट या हिंदी में 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट)
Junior Clerk cum Typist: 10+2 पास + टाइपिंग प्रोफिशिएंसी आवश्यक
Trains Clerk: 10+2 पास (50% अंक आवश्यक; SC/ST के लिए पास पर्याप्त)
