Patna High Court PA Exam 2023: This is for information to all concerned that the Computer Based Preliminary Test for the Personal Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2023 (under Advertisement No. PHC/03/2023) is scheduled to be held on 07.10.2023 (Saturday) in a single shift at various examination centres situated in Patna only. Admit cards of eligible candidates shall be uploaded soon on the official website of the High Court  patnahighcourt.gov.in. The candidates may download their admit cards from the link to be made available on the Court’s website.

Education Qualification

(i) Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University/ Institution.

(ii) Certificate of English Shorthand and English Typing having required minimum speed from a recognised institution.

(iii) Diploma/ Certificate of at least six months’ Course in Computer Application from a recognised institution.

(iv) (a) English shorthand-computer typing test with a speed of 100 words per minute for 400 words only i.e. at the rate of 100 w.p.m. for 4 minutes and 20 minutes for its transcription along with 10 minutes for revision of shorthand immediately after dictation.

Vacancy Details

Selection Process

The Personal Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2023 shall be conducted in 03 (three) stages i.e. Preliminary Test (Objective Type), Shorthand Computer Typing Test Test and Interview.

Preliminary Tes

• Part –A – Multiple Choice Question Based Objective test
• Part-B – Computer Typing Test
• Part- C – Shorthand Computer Typing Test
• Shorthand Computer Typing Test (Main)
• Interview.

Minimum Qualifying Standard:- 

• (i) 40% in Objective Written Test (Preliminary) as prescribed by the Committee
• (ii) 85% accuracy in English Shorthand-Typing
• (iii) 90% accuracy in English Typing
• (iv) 30% in Interview

Pay Scale

• Personal Assistant (Salary): Pay Level-07 (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400/-)

How to Fill Patna High Court 2023 Online Form

1. Candidate has to fill in Mobile Number and Email ID details to receive the User ID and Password.
2. The candidate will receive the User ID and Password on the registered email address and/or on the registered mobile number. Overseas candidates will receive both the User ID and Password on the registered email address.
3. Candidates can log in with the User ID and Password to complete the application form for Personal Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2023.
4. Candidate must provide Correct Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address as these details cannot be changed once the registration is completed.
5. Candidates are advised to fill in the details carefully while registering. Only one registration can be done using a mobile number.
