NEET UG Admission Online Form 2025: As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. The NEET (UG)-2025 scores and merit list will also apply for admissions to BDS and BVSc & AH courses as followed in the past by the rules governed by respective regulatory bodies.

Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, a uniform NEET (UG) shall apply for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines, i.e., BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine, in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also apply for admission to the BHMS course under the National Commission for Homeopathy.

Education Qualification

Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology PCB Group of Subjects from a Recognized Board in India.

Examination Pattern

Important Points to Note: To answer a question, the candidates need to choose one option corresponding to the correct answer or the most appropriate answer. Marking will be done as per the following criteria:

Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Four marks (+4).
Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
Unanswered: No mark (0).

Mode of Examination

Candidates are hereby informed that NEET (UG)- 2025 will be a day single exam PEN and PAPER mode as was conducted last year 2024.

Duration of Exam Test

The duration of the test would be three (03) hours. Compensatory time of one hour for examination of three hours (03:00 hrs) duration for PwBD Candidate [having a physical limitation to write] will be given, whether such candidate uses the facility of Scribe or not.

Medium of the Question Papers

Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the NEET (UG) -2025 is being conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
