Bihar Rasan Card Correction 2023

बिहार राशन कार्ड में सुधार अथवा नाम को अब घर बैठे सुधार एवं जोड़ सकते हैं। पहले राशन कार्ड में नाम को जोड़ना एवं उसमें कुछ सुधार करना ब्लाँक के RTPS काउंटर पर ही होता था, लेकिन अब 2023 में राशन कार्ड में नाम को आप घर बैठ जोड़ सकते हैं अथवा गलती को सुधार सकते हैं। जिसके लिए आनलाईन लिंक जारी कर दिया गया है। नीचे आपको आनलाईन कैसे करना हैं, सभी जानकारी दिया जा रहा हैं।

ब्लाँक से राशन कार्ड सुधार एवं नाम कैसे जोड़े

जानीए कि राशन कार्ड में गलती को सुधार करना अथवा नया नाम को राशन कार्ड में जोड़ना ये दो तरीको से होता हैं, पहले एक ही तरीका से होता था, केवल आफलाईन ही होता था इसमें आवेदक को ब्लाँक पर जाकर आनलाईन आवेदन देने होता है। जिसके लिए एक फार्म को भरकर RTPS काउंटर पर जमा करना होता हैं, लेकिन अब एक और तरीका आ चुका हैं, आनलाईन इस तरीका में आप घर बैठे राशन कार्ड में सुधार अथवा नाम जोड़ सकते हैं। नीचे आवेदन करने का परीका बताया गया हैं, आनलाईन आवेदन करें।

Apply For Correction In Existing Ration Card 2023

• STEP-01: Open The link in browser www.rconline.bihar.gov.in
• STEP-02: Click on the “Login” button of given below page:

When the user clicks on the login button, it will be redirected to the JanParichay Meri Pehchan portal. The screen is shown below:-

Important:

If users have already registered, then they will log in through the JanParichay-Meri-Pehchan portal or if the new user is applying for an application then, first of all, they register on Meri-Pehchan and log in through the same portal. The steps are given below:

STEP-02 (I)
Firstly, open the Meri Pehchaan Registration form. Enter a valid mobile number to generate OTP by the “Generate OTP” button and verify OTP by clicking the “Verify” button. After that fill in all the details required by the registration form, check the terms and conditions and click on below “Verify” button to complete the registration procedure.

STEP-2 (II)
After successful registration on the Meri Pehchaan portal below screen will appear, Click on the “Continue” button.

STEP-2 (III)

After clicking on the “Continue” button below the screen will appear then select “Skip Dashboard”

STEP-2 (IV)

The next page Dashboard of Meri Pehchaan will be open

After clicking on the dashboard above icon RCMS online portal will open on your screen.

Registration Form of RCMS Portal
First of all, the Applicant should register on the online portal with a valid name as per Aadhaar, mobile number, Aadhaar number, and email id. (Steps are given below)

LOGIN STEP

2. After registration, the applicant will log in to the portal by using credentials (login Id and password). The screenshot is provided below

DASHBOARD

After login by the applicant, the dashboard screen will be open. Through this dashboard screen, users can read the instructions of the application. It is advised to read all the instructions carefully. At top of the screen, a menu will appear where the user can see the option of Apply->Apply for Correction.

SEARCH RATION CARD

Step-01 > After clicking on the “Apply For Correction” menu, an application form will open, where the applicant will search for their ration card by ration card number

Note: Before searching, the applicant must remember that a registered Adhaar number should exist in searching ration card.

Step-02 > Fill in applicant details carefully with the correct details. Screenshot provided below:-

In the above window, the applicant will fill all the details of the selected member, and then they will click on the “Update” button. If the applicant wants to cancel the modification of the member then click on the “Cancel” button. If the applicant updates the details of the member, then the screen will appear like the below:

After clicking on the “Add Member” button, a window will open below. The screenshot is provided below:

After completion of Member Addition, Modification, and Deletion, an applicant will proceed to the next step Annexure submission. To proceed with the Annexure submission, the screen is shown below:

Step-06 > Select “Yes/No” from the annexure section and click on the” Submit and Go for Document Upload” button. Screenshot provided below:

Step-07 > After submission of Annexure, Applicant will proceed with document upload and final submission of the application. Screenshot provided below:

Note:-

1. All member’s Aadhar copies of address proof and bank documents should be merged into a single document.
2. All uploading documents should be self-attested.

After the final submission, a screen will show below:

You can view the Application id of your application by successful submission of your application. Kindly see the above screen. This is for your future reference. You can download the application acknowledgment using the “Download Acknowledgement” button.
