CRPF Constable Recruitment 2023 the post of Technical & Tradesmen: The CRPF will conduct an open competitive examination for recruitment of Indian citizens against vacancies prescribed for Males and Female candidates who are ordinarily residents of their respective States/UTs to fill up the vacancies of Constable (Technical & Tradesmen) in Central Reserve Police Force as per the Recruitment Scheme/Rules formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Age Limit as on 01 August 2023

Constable (Driver):

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years

Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02/08/1996 and later than 01/08/2002.

Constable (All others):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 23 years

Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02/08/2000 and later than 01/08/2005.

Age Relaxation: As per the rules.

Educational Qualifications (As of 01-08-2023)

CT/Driver:

• Minimum Matric or equivalent from a recognized Board or university recognized by the Central or State Govt.
• Technical Qualification: Should possess Heavy Transport Vehicle Driving License and pass the driving test during recruitment.

CT/Mechanic Motor Vehicle:

• Minimum Matriculate or 10th Class pass in 10+2 examination system from a recognized board or equivalent.
• Technical Qualification: 02 years Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle.

For all other Tradesmen:

• Minimum Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Technical Qualification: Must be proficient and work in respective trades.

Scheme of Examination

Computer-Based Test: The Computer Based Test will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with the following composition:-

How to apply Steps to apply

• Applications must be submitted in ONLINE mode at the official website of the CRPF.
• Candidates can apply for the post/trade provided they fulfill the prescribed eligibility conditions.
• The application portal will be operational from 27/03/2023 to 25/04/2023.
• Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date.
• The CRPF will not be responsible for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the reasons above or for any other reason beyond the control of the CRPF.
• Before submission of the online application, candidates must check that they have filled correct details in each field of the form.
• After submission of the online application form, no change/correction/modification will be allowed under any circumstances. Requests received in this regard in any form like Post, Fax, Email, by hand, etc shall not be entertained.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates shortlisted for PST will be asked to go through biometric verification followed by PET/Trade Test. Physical Standards for the post of Constable (Technical/Tradesmen) are as follows:
