IDBI Bank Ltd., hereafter referred to invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executives (on contract) , hereafter referred to as the ‘Recruitment Process’. The above recruitments will be strictly on all India basis as per the selection process enumerated hereunder.
The number of vacancies is provisional and can be modified/ cancelled at the Bank’s sole discretion. The Bank also reserves the right to shortlist candidates and consider these shortlisted candidates for future requirements. Offer A letter may be issued in phases per the Bank’s requirement.

Education Qualification
A Graduate from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
The university/institute should be recognized/approved by Government; the Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC etc.
The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheets (year/semester wise or consolidated) and Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University showing that he/ she is a graduate as on May 01, 2023, before registration

Selection Process
The selection process shall comprise an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the Bank.
For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
The above-mentioned selection process is indicative and Bank is at liberty to alter/ amend/ modify the same at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. The structure of the OT is as follows:

Pay Scale
On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees shall become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank.
- Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,
- Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year and
- Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service

- After that register yourself and proceed with the application fee.
- Now upload the documents, deposit the application fee and submit the application form.
