SBI BCF Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for the recruitment of 868 Business Correspondent Facilitator (BCF) posts. Let us tell you that the application process for these posts has already started. According to the advertisement issued by the bank on March 10, 2023 (No. CRPD/RS/2022-23/35), a total of 868 BCF posts are to be recruited in various circles of SBI across the country. Candidates do not have to pay any kind of fee for this recruitment. Candidates will be able to submit the application by 31 March 2023.

शिक्षा (Education):
किसी विशिष्ट शैक्षिक योग्यता की आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि आवेदक एसबीआई, ई-एबी और अन्य पीएसबी के सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी हैं।
अनुभव(Experience):
सेवानिवृत्त कर्मियों के पास संबंधित क्षेत्र में पर्याप्त कार्य अनुभव और समग्र व्यावसायिक क्षमता होनी चाहिए ।
विशेष कौशल / योग्यता (Special Skill/ aptitude):
सेवानिवृत्त कर्मियों के पास पद के लिए आवश्यकता के अनुसार विशेष कौशल/योग्यता/गुणवत्ता होनी चाहिए ।

Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting & interviews.
Shortlisting: -Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, the adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Interview:- The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit list: – Merit list for final selection will be prepared in descending order of scores obtained in the interview only, subject to the candidate scoring minimum qualifying marks. In case more than one candidate scores common cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked in the merit in descending order of their age.
