Bihar Post Matric BC Or EBC PMS Online Form 2022-2023: बिहार पोस्ट मैट्रिक पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की तिथि जारी कर दिया गया ऑनलाइन आवेदन 12 जून 2023 से शुरू होगा जो विद्यार्थी पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग अर्थात् बीसी (BC) एवं EBC जाती के अंतर्गत आते हैं वे सभी 12 जून 2023 से pmsonline ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

बिहार पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति के लिए जो विद्यार्थी आवेदन करना चाहते हैं वे सभी 12 जून 2023 से आनलाईन आवेदन कर सकते हैं एवं आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 15 जुलाई 2023 निर्धारित किया गया हैं। योग्य विद्यार्थी आनलाईन आवेदन कर सकते हैं, अर्थात्-

इस फॉर्म को भरने के लिए आपको कोई भी आवेदन शुल्क नहीं देना आपको केवल ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरकर अपने कॉलेज से वेरीफाई करा लेना फिर अंत में आपका जो पेमेंट है आपके खाते में भेज दिया जाएगा।

Age limit

उम्र सीमा की बात करें तो इस फॉर्म को भरने के लिए कोई उम्र सीमा निर्धारित नहीं किया गया है अर्थात जो कोई भी विद्यार्थी कितना भी उम्र का है एवं वह पढ़ाई कर रहा है, तो इस छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ ले सकता है अर्थात,

• Minimum Age: No age limit
• Maximum Age: No age limit

Documents to upload

ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय आपको कुछ दस्तावेज अर्थात् डॉक्यूमेंट को अपलोड करना होगा जो कि हमारे द्वारा नीचे डाक्यूमेंट्स का लिस्ट दिया जा रहा है। आवेदन करने से पहले आप इन सभी डाक्यूमेंट्स को इकठ्ठा कर ले, अगर आपके पास इनमें से कोई भी डॉक्यूमेंट नहीं है, तो आप इस छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ नहीं ले सकते है। जैसे कि जाति, आय, निवास, मैट्रिक का सर्टिफिकेट एवं अन्य ऐसे दस्तावेज हैं जो आपको अनिवार्य है। अगर यह सभी दस्तावेज आपके पास नहीं है, तो आप छात्रवृत्ति का फॉर्म नहीं भर सकते है, तो आइए नीचे देखते हैं कौन-कौन से डॉक्यूमेंट है जो आपको आनलाईन आवेदन करते समय देना होगाः-

आवेदनों की अस्वीकृति (Reject) का कारण?

ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय आपको कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना होगा। अगर आप इन सभी बातों का ध्यान नहीं रखते हैं, एवं फॉर्म भरते हैं, तो हो सकता है आपका फॉर्म रिजेक्ट भी हो जाए अर्थात आप छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ नहीं ले पाएंगे। आईए जानते है, वे कौन-कौन सा कारण है, जिसके वजह से आपको फार्म अस्वीकार होगाः-

• Not a Resident of Bihar
• Not belonging to BC, EBC, SC, and ST Category as approved by Govt. of Bihar
• If not the bonafide student of the applied institution.
• Not registered Institution and not studying in Government Competent Body approved institution as per norms of the department.
• Incorrect Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, and income not under the specified limit of the scheme
• Non Upload of caste, Income certificate
• Incorrect course and year of study.
• If the Student has not uploaded all documents like Student Photo, Bonafide Certificate, Caste Certificate, Residence Certificate, Income Certificate,
• Student Previous Degree, Previous Exam Marks Sheet
• Invalid Bank Account details or not in the name of the student.

What is the last date for submitting applications online?

For Post Matric Scholarship: In case of fresh and Renewal scholarships for the year 2022-2023 students can apply online as per Education Department Advertisement.

Where can colleges (Within the State) get their Login Details?

All the Institutions/colleges(Within the State) can also get their Login Details –Username/Password from their respective -District Education Officers (DEO).

Can I edit the information already saved and up to what time?

You can edit information filled by you until you finalize and submit the online application.

Do I need to get my Aadhaar Card to apply for a Scholarship?

Aadhaar Card Number is mandatory for the Students in order to fill up the application form online.

Is PANCARD mandatory for applying for the scholarship?

No, PAN Card is not mandatory.

How many times a student can register on the Portal?

A student can register only once on the portal for an academic year. The student can further renew without entering more details for the next academic year onwards.

What happens if illegal practices are followed by institutions or Students?

In case an institution or student is found providing illegal or misleading information or Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents then the application form will be rejected and legal action will be initiated against concerned persons/parties as per law.
