DRDO ITI Apprentice Trainees Recruitment 2024: The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of ITI Apprentice Trainees. In this recruitment, eligible candidates are scheduled to be selected for a total of 60 posts. Candidates can apply by visiting the website drdo.gov.in. Candidates participating in this recruitment should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 27 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per rules. Online applications for this recruitment will be taken from 28 March 2024. The last date of which has been fixed is 12 April 2024.

Education Qualification
- Candidates should have passed out from the ITI duly recognized by NCVT as per Gazette Notification of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with a minimum of two years duration except for the COMPUTER OPERATOR AND PROGRAMMING ASSISTANT (COPA), CARPENTER and WELDER.

Selection Process
ITI Apprentice Trainees: Depending upon the vacancies available in various disciplines, the selection of candidates will be carried out by shortlisting based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam (ITI) followed by a Screening test/Interview. Details of shortlisted candidates for the Interview will be intimated through email & SMS. Candidates are advised to check regularly for the exact date and time of the interview/screening test. Screening test / Interview (or) both will be conducted at CVRDE, Chennai for ITI Apprentices as per dates sent through mail & SMS.
